So I decided to take up netflix's email offer for another free month because I heard they were streaming 3D movies now. I count 42 titles! Not many big name movies though except the croods, which I will watch soon. It mostly seems to be obscure stuff and documentaries, but I am ok with that so long as they are not fake 3D.
Oh, and I do not know what devices are supported, the movies do not show up on my pc so that is out. My PS3 is what I had to use. My vizio tv netflix app is not working for some reason, so I can't check it on that.
I watched about 15 minutes of the croods to check the 3D, and besides ghosting, I think it is going to work out well!
I made a list for you guys, note that they might change what movies they stream, but this will give you an idea of what they have.
A Turtles Tale : Sammys Adventures African Wild Angelo Rules 3D Animals United Arabia IMAX Art of Flight Beowolf (nice, been looking for this) Chaplin & Co. Dangerous Ishhq Dino King Dinosaurs Alive! IMAX Dinosaurs Giants of Patagonia IMAX Don 2 Feeding Time Flying Swords of Dragon Gate Freddy Frogface I Heart Shakey Legends of Flight IMAX Legends of Valhalla : Thor Little Brother Big Trouble Live Fire Mummies: Secrets of the Phararohs IMAX Nitro Circus The Movie Oscars Adventures Pina Plankton Invasion 3D Red Bull Rampage The Evolution 2010 Red Bull Way Back Home Sadako Saving Santa Scary Tales Skeleton Inc. Sky Soldier Space Dogs The Hole The Little Prince The Shock Labyrinth The Ultimate Wave Tahiti IMAX Tormented Ultimate G's Wild Ocean IMAX

Heh, this morning they cut my account off, said I have had a free trial before. It was supposed to be an additional free trial, meh. I'll subscribe next month. Admin should sign up with their affiliate service now that they stream 3D

I just streamed a 3d movie "art of flight" and the 3d appears to work but it strains my eyes and the images looked doubled and don't look clear like with my blu ray 3d movies. I have a samsung 3d screen that uses the active glasses. Would that make a difference? I tried all the settings on the tv and none make a difference. Are there settings in netflix or the ps3 that I can adjust to make the image better?

How do I enable the 3D playback? I am using Netflix app on 3D blu-ray and have a 3D TV. My playback settings are set to "high". I am playing movies on the list but they will only play in HD. Is there something I need to switch to 3D at playback?
