I have a PS3 and a PC with 3D games, but I have not taken the time to test them properly.
So far I have enjoyed Child of Eden on PS3 in 3D. It is amazing, with great pop out effects.
Also, Uncharted 3. Now, when I first tried this one in 3D I was not impressed, there were cut scenes that had some nice 3D moments but nothing really going on. Then, we get to a jungle, and, WOW, the most amazing 3D graphics I have ever seen. But then it was gone. I have not played the game much more than that due to my time and well, ADD, but I do plan to beat it.
More will be shared and updated someday, Thanks for reading!

I love 3D games too! I also have a PS3, and I think that my favorite 3D game so far is de Blob 2! You are a ball that rolls around in a colorless world, and you dip into paint puddles and then begin adding color to the world. The 3D is great...plenty of negative parallax.
The downloadable game Super Stardust HD is also crazy fun in 3D! I read an article, and the great news is that it is easy for game developers for make a game playable in 3D because the game is rendered in a 3D environment anyway. And there are already a ton of 3D games available (remember to look for the 3D logo on the cover of a game). But this is what wiki lists at the current 3D PS3 games as of 10/09/13.

Crysis 3 is quite brilliant in 3D. So is Need for Speed: The Run.
The latest Tomb Raider however, is terrible, and the head-bob mechanics was so nauseating that I couldn't play it for more than a couple of minutes.

I didn't play too many 3D games when I had a 3D laptop, but I thought Batman's Arkham Asylum was well-done. I felt like the 3D made my screen larger, because I was really inhabiting the space.
